Dynamic gate locking

ALIS Shield offers a significant increase in pedestrian safety when crossing logistics routes in integration with industrial gates. The wireless UWB technology magnetically locks the gate with a force of 900 N when a forklift truck is detected in the critical zone. The advantage of UWB technology is the detection of handling equipment even in areas with low visibility (curves, racks and storage areas), up to a distance of 40 metres.

Connectivity with LED technology

The variability of the system allows the addition of LED projection. The most common example of use is the connection to a smart interactive pedestrian crossing. Depending on the level of danger (approaching handling equipment), the pedestrian crossing symbol vs. the warning or STOP symbol is switched within the intersection. At the same time, the gate is automatically locked. To achieve maximum safety at a critical location, the system can be upgraded to include speed zone deceleration of the forklifts.

Stand-alone solution

The automatic locking system is a so-called Stand-alone solution that can be integrated into already built-in security gates (regardless the manufacturer) or as part of a complete installation of industrial barriers. The solution is available in two variants – magnetic lock / magnetic lock with RGB beacon.

The system is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
