Placing a special lock and padlock in a place that is critical for releasing the power source, in such a way that it is impossible for other persons to turn on the disconnected or shut down machine without using a force.
Marking the cap with a tag that informs other users that the equipment is undergoing repair, and that the equipment is disconnected/shut down for this reason. This tag can be used to record information relating to the disconnection (name of the responsible person, date of completion, etc.). The reverse side of the tag is used to briefly describe the steps that the employee must complete before the equipment is turned off or disconnected – with the employee’s signature. This confirms that he/she has completed the steps.
