Consumable material used in thermal transfer printers for general industrial marking. Consumables include labels, heat-resistant labels, production labels or cable markings. For the appropriate selection of material, it is necessary to take into account several input factors and required properties.

Industrial identification

All our consumables are designed and manufactured in such a way that your production markings, barcodes or other types of industrial identification can withstand even the most demanding conditions of an industrial environment. The materials are made of durable, lasting material, and high-quality glue is a guarantee that they can be proven to last on almost any surface. Thus, industrial identification and production marking can easily withstand machinery, floors, walls, shelves and a whole range of other surfaces.

Heat resistant labels

Heat-resistant labels/tags provide the ability to identify and track products both at the beginning and during high-temperature processes. You can print labels/tags on thermal transfer printers in a simple and cheap way.

Basic groups of consumables

Polyester

  • The most frequently used material for industrial marking.
  • Ultra-adhesive glue for rough or powder coated surfaces
  • Temperature resistance from -40°C to 120°C
  • Application: general labels, barcode labels and performance labels

Polyamid

  • Highly durable polyamide labels are intended for marking printed connection boards (DPS).
  • It resists the process of soldering and washing.
  • Temperature resistance from -70°C to 350°C.

Polypropylene

  • Designed for use where high tensile strength is required. Without glue, for fixing with cable tape.
  • Temperature resistance from -40°C to 100°C.

Polyart

  • Polyart synthetic paper combines the advantages of paper and the durability of plastic.

Vinyl

  • Vinyl fabric with repositionable rubber-based adhesive.
  • Temperature resistance from -40°C to 82°C.
  • Application: marking of wires and electrical components, general marking.
